Doce Fim depicts mental health struggles and trauma with realism and emotional honesty.
These topics are presented without censorship, as part of the game's intent to portray the lived experiences of mental illness, neurodivergence, and survival.

Player discretion is advised, and in-game settings allow certain sounds to be disabled for comfort.

- Recurring depictions of suicidal ideation, self-harm (urges and coping mechanisms), cutting, and conversations about past suicide attempts, methods, and plans.
(There are no depictions (i.e graphical) of actual self-harm.)

 Doce Fim includes a special accessibility menu that allows players to turn off any sound effect or music track they desire. 
 The tracks are categorized, so you can turn off an entire category if you wish (such as disabling all animal noises), or turning off only 
 the sounds that you find distressing.
